The facility is nestled amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a perfect setting for leisurely walks and relaxation. It features 97 single rooms with ensuites, ensuring comfort and privacy for each resident. This facility commenced operations in May 2024.

How to apply for admission to a nursing home

Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 65 or older must be reviewed and approved by the My Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) before they can be admitted to a nursing home.

Step 1

Call My Age Care (MAC) 1800 200 422 or visit www.myagedcare.gov.au to register and to receive assessment. If you need an interpreter, call Translating and Interpreting Service 131 450 then ask them to call MAC. If necessary, CASS can assist you to apply, please contact us (02) 9789 4587 for more information.

Step 2

Once you have been evaluated and approved for My Aged Care services, you will receive a code for each eligible service. You may request that the Chinese Service Providers (CASS) become your “preferred service provider” while you are undergoing the evaluation.

Step 3
