CASS Gumnut Early Learning Centre – Campsie (CELC) is a not-for-profit, community-based long day care centre that has supported families since 1985.
At our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), which includes Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, we are dedicated to providing quality, flexible care for our local community, in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP v2.0).
Our program offers a balance of fun, learning and social connection through a variety of exciting activities and experiences. Each experience is carefully planned to support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development, helping them grow with confidence and joy.
We create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children can relax, play, and connect after school or during holidays. Our qualified educators plan age-appropriate, engaging experiences that make every day at OSHC meaningful, enjoyable, and full of discovery.
We offer Outside School Hours Care for school-aged children under 12.
We provide:
- A safe, secure, and nurturing home environment
- Educational and preschool programs
- Small group settings (maximum of 4 preschool-aged children)
- Professional bilingual educators across Sydney suburbs
- Flexible hours to support family needs
- Before and after school care, plus vacation care
Our Team
At CASS Family Day Care (CFDC), our dedicated coordination team is made up of qualified and experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about supporting educators and families. With years of experience across child care centres and family day care settings, our team works closely with educators to ensure the delivery of safe, nurturing and high-quality education and care in a home-based environment.
We provide ongoing training, mentoring and home visits to support educators in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect each child’s interests and needs. Our team ensures compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS), maintaining a strong commitment to child safety, professional excellence and continuous improvement across the service.
