I have been supported and cared for by CASS Care for one year. My Care Coordinator, William, is enthusiastic and supportive. He is always attentive to my requests and ensures my care needs are met. I am very happy with his service, and I will highly recommend him to the others.

We have been using the home care services from CASS Care for many years. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff members. A special thanks to our support worker, Helen, for looking after us so well over the past years.

Since my mother joined the Thornleigh Bravo Social Group, she has become more energetic and healthier. She has adapted well to life in Sydney and always looks forward to the weekly gatherings. Thank you to Care Coordinator Hyun Jung Oh for organising this for her and support her.

Support worker Michael has been looking after my husband for over a year. We are grateful for his careful observation and for promptly bringing any concerns regarding my husband’s health to our attention. Michael is professional, efficient, and caring. We are very fortunate to have him helping us.

Despite our brief interaction of less than ten days, He provided me with tremendous assistance, managing everything from minor daily tasks to critical matters that posed safety risks. He handled all situations with exceptional skill and precision.

My family went through a hard time when my father became bedbound after a fall. Thankfully, we were supported by CASS and a team of dedicated staff during this difficult period. My special thanks to support workers Bob, Rachel and Kenny for their kindness and respect. My father’s mobility has improved a lot, and he is very happy with the services. 

My dad is grateful to have Jason as his Care Coordinator. We are very impressed by his attention to details and his patience for listening to our concerns and offering positive solutions.
